The Application Management tool is intended to manage the Export Status of particular applications submitted through https://apply.mobap.edu.

This might be necessary when a particular application was not imported through MBU's application import process properly.

  

Accessing Application Management

  1. Navigate your web browser to https://selfservice-beta.mobap.edu
  2. Log in using your MBU credentials (email address and password)
  3. Once logged in, under Admissions, click on Application Management.


Using Application Management

The initial screen will present you with an input field that requires an Application ID. This is the unique identifier for a particular application, which is generated when the application is started.

This unique identifier is found in the application backend interface and on PDF exports provided by Grain.


Copy/Paste the Application ID into the input box and click the Search button.


You will be presented with information about this application including Name, Email, Birth Date, Application Created Date, and Export Status.


The Export Status field allows for a toggle between true and false.

  • An Export Status of true indicates that a record has been exported from the Grain application into MBU's application import process.
  • An Export Status of false indicates that a record has NOT been exported from the Grain application into MBU's application import process.


To change the Export Status so that a previously exported application can be re-exported on-demand, change the Export Status to false and click Submit Changes.

Upon submission, you will be presented with a message that notifies you that the change was completed successfully. If this was in error, simply change the Export Status to true and Submit Changes again.
