Go to start of metadata

 

  1. First open outlook and go to address book on home page
  2. Search for distribution group name and double click on name.
  3. Click on modify members.
  4. Click on "Add"
  5. Search for the name you want to add.
  6. select their name and click add button at bottom and click ok
  7. Click ok. (this may take some time and you may get outlook message saying trying to communicate with server)


    After completing these instructions please send user/ reference these instructions on accessing mailbox.
