The Password Reset Portal requires a third-party email address (gmail, hotmail, yahoo, etc.) to be on file with the University. This is in an effort to increase security and usability. If you do not have a third-party email address on file with the University, please contact the Records department.
The first screen will ask you to enter your username (i.e. StudentID or network username).
After you have entered your username, an email will be sent to the third-party email address (gmail, yahoo mail, hotmail, etc.) on file for that account. You will be prompted to check your email for a verification code to enter into the box on this page. Do not close your browser as you check your email.
You should have received an email from email@example.com (this email will be sent to a third-party email address, not your @mobap.edu address). This email will direct you to copy and paste the verification code from your email into theCode box in the step above.
After you have submitted the verification code, you will be presented with the ability to change your password. Follow the guidelines listed for choosing a secure password.
