The Room Calendar allows users to view room usage around campus.
Accessing the Tool
To access the Room Calendar, navigate your web browser to https://selfservice.mobap.edu and log in using your MBU credentials. Once logged in, scroll down to General and under Academic, click on Room Calendar.
Using the Tool
To search room usage you may either search by Building, using a pre-defined lists of rooms or by selecting a date and list of rooms of your own choosing.
The Bulidings dropdown allows you to search room usage in a particular building.
Selecting a date from the date picker and one or more rooms from the Add/Remove Rooms list, then clicking the Submit button will return room usage for that particular selection.
Once you have submitted your selection, you will be presented with the results of your search.
The current day will be posted in the top-left of the results.
Display filters will be posted on the top-right (day and week views).
Date navigation buttons (yesterday, today, tomorrow) will be posted in the top-right.
Each event is clickable and will present more information about the particular event.
