The International Student Services project does NOT automatically create files for users. Files need to be created manually using the below instructions.

Step-by-step guide


When the user attempts to upload to the International Student project, they should use the Find an Existing File option.


Next, search the Student ID number.


 If the file does not exist, Auto-File will return a search error:


If this error occurs select Enter New File in the upper right-corner of the Auto-File dialog.


 Enter a Student ID, Last Name, and First Name (as they are required fields) - the other fields are optional depending on how the department is using them.


 Once the student data is entered, then select Next and enter the document information.


Select Next and confirm the document to upload (if scanning) or select the document to be uploaded, it should then create the file and upload the document.
