Important highlights from this release

1. Resident Life Housing Application
   
   1. Upped the file upload limits to allow for larger files to be uploaded.
   2. Added support for uploading PDF documents.
   3. Added links to download images at their original image size to increase quality and visibility.
   4. Changed page wording to accommodate the changes implemented.
   5. Fixed a bug that allowed users to edit a submitted housing application after it had been processed by the Resident Life office.

   1. Fixed some erroneous reporting bugs.
