When you first sign on to your online MBU account at myMBU.mobap.edu you will be asked to provide additional security information to secure your account and to allow you to reset your password should you forget it. You will occasionally be asked to review and update this information.
You can change this information at any time:
- Sign on with your MBU account at https://portal.office.com or https://outlook.office.com
- Select your account photo in the upper right of the page, then select My Account (https://myaccount.microsoft.com/)
- Select Security Info (https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info) from the menu running down the left side
- Add, remove and set your default additional authentication.
The authenticator app provides much better security, but requires an app that is registered. If you change phones or delete and reinstall the authenticator app, you must re-register the app using this page. If you lose access to all of your additional authentication methods, contact the HelpDesk (https://www.mobap.edu/student-life/support-services/it/).
