If the indicator light on your SIP phone stays lit even when the voice mail system says you have no messages, dial 17510 to clear it.
Voice Mailbox Cleanup
If your voice mail is configured to send your voice messages to your email, please remember that messages stay in your voicemail after they have been sent to your email. You must periodically dial your voicemail and save or delete the accumulated voice messages to prevent your voice mail from exceeding the storage limit. If the limit is exceeded, no new messages can be left, and the caller will be told that your voicemail is full.
