Go to "Document Group Templates", select the template folder with the authorizations document group, and select "send for signing"
Enter the following information:
Step 1: A name for the document group (all 3 documents will be grouped under this name). Choose a name that makes it easy to find later if needed.
Step 2: Enter the student's MBU email address for signing step 1 (Notice it says "student" at the end of each action)
Step 3: Enter Auburn Ingram's email address for signing step 2 (Notice it says "MBU" at the end of each action)
Select "Show email settings" if you would like to customize the email
Step 4: Select "Send Invite" to send all 3 forms out for signatures.
A copy of the completed form will be emailed to all signers, including the account the form originated from. You can change this in the advanced options if you like.
