Option 1: Form originates from MBU employee

  1. MBU employee logs in to SignNow
  2. Go to "Document Group Templates", select the template folder with the authorizations document group, and select "send for signing"
  3. Enter the following information:
    • Step 1: A name for the document group (all 3 documents will be grouped under this name). Choose a name that makes it easy to find later if needed.
    • Step 2: Enter the student's MBU email address for signing step 1 (Notice it says "student" at the end of each action)
    • Step 3: Enter Auburn Ingram's email address for signing step 2 (Notice it says "MBU" at the end of each action)
      • Select "Show email settings" if you would like to customize the email
    • Step 4: Select "Send Invite" to send all 3 forms out for signatures.

A copy of the completed form will be emailed to all signers, including the account the form originated from. You can change this in the advanced options if you like.
